Taking its name from an ee cummings poem, Perhaps Hand is the songwriting project of Austin Tally, formerly of the Baltimore band Wing Dam. Sometimes it is a 3-piece band, but usually it is just him. The majority of PH releases are self-recorded, with Austin playing and tracking all instruments.
